DNPA Code of Ethics

Purpose:-At Finojonery, we believe that ethical business practices form the foundation of trust and success. Our Code of Ethics and Conduct Policy outlines the principles and expectations for all employees, partners, and stakeholders associated with our organization. This policy is designed to promote integrity, accountability, and respect in every aspect of our operations.


1. Scope

This Code applies to all employees, contractors, vendors, and anyone representing Finojonery. Every individual is expected to adhere to the ethical standards outlined in this document while performing their duties or interacting with internal or external stakeholders.


2. Core Values

At Finojonery, we are guided by the following core values:

3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

All employees and representatives of Finojonery must comply with the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which we operate. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Anti-corruption laws: Employees must not engage in bribery or corruption under any circumstances.
  • Data protection laws: Finojonery respects the privacy of its customers and employees. All personal data must be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
  • Financial regulations: Accurate financial reporting and adherence to tax laws are mandatory.

4. Conflicts of Interest

5. Confidentiality

  • Confidential information includes trade secrets, financial data, marketing strategies, customer lists, and other proprietary information.
  • Disclosure of confidential information without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Fair Dealing

Finojonery is committed to fair competition and ethical dealings with its customers, suppliers, and competitors. Employees must:

  • Always act in good faith and with fairness in all business transactions.
  • Avoid deceptive practices and misrepresentations.
  • Honor commitments and agreements made on behalf of the company.

7. Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption

Finojonery has a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption. Employees are strictly prohibited from offering, giving, soliciting, or accepting any form of bribe, kickback, or illegal payment in connection with the company’s business activities.

  • This includes gifts, entertainment, or hospitality that could influence business decisions.
  • Any suspected incidents of bribery must be reported immediately.

8. Use of Company Assets

Employees are responsible for the proper use of Finojonery’s assets, including:

  • Physical assets such as office equipment and supplies.
  • Digital assets such as email, internet, and software.
  • Intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.

Company assets should be used solely for legitimate business purposes.


9. Workplace Conduct

Finojonery is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.

Harassment and Discrimination

  • The company prohibits any form of harassment or discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Employees must treat each other with dignity and respect at all times.

Health and Safety

  • Employees must follow all health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Any hazards or unsafe conditions must be reported immediately.

10. Environmental Responsibility

Finojonery recognizes the importance of environmental sustainability and is committed to reducing its environmental impact.

  • Employees are encouraged to adopt environmentally friendly practices, such as minimizing waste, conserving energy, and promoting recycling.

11. Reporting Violations

Finojonery expects employees to report any suspected violations of this policy or any unethical behavior. Reports can be made confidentially, and the company prohibits retaliation against employees who report concerns in good faith.

  • Employees can report violations to their immediate supervisor or the Human Resources department.
  • In cases where anonymity is preferred, a dedicated ethics hotline/email may be used.

12. Disciplinary Actions

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to:

  • Verbal or written warnings.
  • Suspension or termination of employment.
  • Legal action, if warranted.

13. Training and Awareness

All employees will receive regular training on Finojonery’s Code of Ethics and Conduct to ensure they understand their responsibilities. New employees will be required to complete ethics training as part of their onboarding process.


14. Responsibilities of Leadership

Leaders at Finojonery have a special responsibility to set an example by adhering to the highest ethical standards. They must:

  • Promote a culture of ethics and integrity.
  • Encourage open communication and ensure employees feel comfortable raising concerns.
  • Take appropriate action when ethical issues arise.

15. Amendments and Updates

This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or business practices. Employees will be notified of any significant updates.
